Return Procedures
  • For returns of unused defective products, contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, providing:

  • Returns must be unused, undamaged, and free from human-caused defects (e.g., stains, scratches, or wear).
  • Retain complete original packaging (including outer box) as instructed, or returns may be denied.
  • Unless defective, the customer bears shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Perishable items, short-shelf-life products (expiring soon), customized goods, or personal hygiene items

Return Process
  • Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility → Prepare product and invoice → Provide shipping details

Refunds

Exchanges
