Shipping Time
After completing your order and confirming payment, items are generally shipped within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If you ordered a pre-order product, the shipping time will depend on the delivery schedule. We will arrange shipment as soon as the product arrives.
- If you ordered “Name-Carving on the brush”, the processing time will be longer, and items are generally shipped within 8-11 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Delivery Status
Orders that have not yet shipped will show a delivery status of "Preparing for Shipment"; after shipping, the status will be updated to"Completed."

Delivery Method and Shipping Fees
Delivery address: Hong Kong
Method: SF Express - Door-to-Door / Pickup at Partner Locations (Hong Kong) /SF Stations / SF Smart Lockers (Hong Kong)
- Orders with a net amount of HK$499 or more enjoy free shipping; orders below HK$499 will incur a shipping fee of HK$30 at checkout (this fee includes packaging materials, handling, and shipping costs).
- Estimated delivery time: Approximately 1-2 business days from shipping.
- Pickup locations: SF Partner Locations | SF Smart Locker Locations | SF Business Point Addresses | SF Station Addresses
- Some pickup points may have size restrictions. If the package exceeds the limit, it will be transferred to the nearest SF service center or SF station and will be resent according to your request.
- If you fail to pick up your package within the designated time, a service fee will be charged.
- Customers must collect their packages within 3 days from the notification SMS. Packages not collected in time will be returned to SF Express. Customers should call the customer service hotline to rearrange pickup.
Delivery Address: International
Method: UPS
- For international orders, estimated shipping fees will be charged at the time of payment (calculated by weight). However, due to different products and fluctuating exchange rates, additional shipping fees may be required. Any customs or tax issues will need to be handled by the recipient (free shipping offers do not apply to international shipping services).
- Import Tax: Some countries may impose customs duties on imported goods, and the recipient will bear these charges.
After-Sales Maintenance
- Customers should contact us directly for repair arrangements.
- Please note that customers must pay for return shipping.
- Depending on the situation, inspection fees and/or replacement part fees may be borne by the customer.
- Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs is not covered by maintenance services.
Remarks
If the items in your order have different shipping times, the system will default to shipping all items together once all products have arrived. If you wish to split the shipment for early delivery, please contact us for arrangements. Additional shipping fees may apply for separate shipments.
In the event of severe weather or special circumstances, delivery services maybe affected and delayed, depending on the transport company's arrangements.
